As Director of Marketing at WellSpan Health, Rena specializes in designing and implementing physician marketing strategies that drive engagement and referrals. Her work has helped WellSpan significantly expand its referral pipeline across key service lines. Prior to joining WellSpan in 2023, she spent 11 years at Penn State Health, where she held a variety of positions including Director of Marketing.
